- What is my Fuel Rewards number?
- Each Fuel Rewards card contains a 16 to 19-digit number printed on the card. Once your account has been established within our system, you will be able to view your card's cents-per-gallon discount balance, view your recent redemption activity, check what is on promotion, and more.
- Why aren't my Fuel Rewards showing in the system?
- Fuel Rewards are instantly available for redemption at your local participating retailer, however, there is typically a 24-hour lag time before the reward is seen in the portal. After you have logged into the system, your local retailer's sync time is displayed at the bottom of every page, informing you of what Fuel Rewards are available to you. If you have accumulated any Fuel Rewards after the stated retailer sync time, they may not show up in the portal, but are available to use at your local participating retailer.
- When can I redeem my Fuel Rewards?
- You can use your Fuel Reward at any time after the reward has been issued to your card! Remember, your Fuel Rewards can expire.
- How do I earn Fuel Rewards?
- Fuel Rewards can be earned in a number of ways, but most commonly, they are awarded when you purchase specially marked items at your participating store or by purchasing a certain amount of product or dollar amount in a given time period. Examples include:
- Buy a 24oz fountain drink, and get $0.03 cents-per-gallon off your next fuel purchase.
- Buy 2 candy bars, get $0.04 cents-per-gallon off your next fuel purchase.
- Buy $10 worth of merchandise from the store and get $0.05 cents-per-gallon off your next fuel purchase.
- Can I earn multiple Fuel Rewards?
- Yes! There is no limit to the number of Fuel Rewards you can earn! Buy what you like and pump FREE GAS!
- What if I lose/damage my card?
- If you have lost or damaged your Fuel Rewards card, please contact your participating retailer.
- My Fuel Rewards are missing!?
- Nothing is worse then going to the station and finding out that your Fuel Rewards are not available. A few things to remember are:
- If you keep your Fuel Rewards card in your vehicle and share your vehicle with other drivers, your rewards may have been used. Log-in to see what rewards associated to your account have been used.
- Rewards do expire. Log-in to see what rewards have been associated to your account and when they are set to expire.
- Why am I not receiving my forgotten password email?
- Check and make sure the email is not getting caught in your email spam filter.
