The Home Depot Commercial Credit Fuel Offer Terms & Conditions of Use

Full terms & conditions are available on the enrollment website (www.homedepot.com/cardbenefits) and the Fuel Rewards^® program landing page (www.fuelrewards.com/homedepot).

Eligibility

The Home Depot^® (“Home Depot”) Commercial Credit Fuel Offer (“Offer”) is a part of the Fuel Rewards^® program, which is owned and operated by Excentus Corporation (“Excentus”). The Offer is only available to customers with a The Home Depot Commercial Revolving Charge or a The Home Depot Commercial Account (collectively, “The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card”). Eligible The Home Depot Commercial Credit Cards must have a billing zip code in one of the Offer’s participating markets. The Home Depot reserves the right to select and modify the participating markets. Government The Home Depot Commercial Credit Cards, donation The Home Depot Commercial Credit Cards and employees and agents of The Home Depot are not eligible to participate in this Offer. Offer not available where prohibited by law.

Enrollment

Only The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder responsible for payment may enroll for the Offer through the Fuel Rewards^® program at www.homedepot.com/cardbenefits. Once The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder responsible for payment enrolls for the Fuel Rewards^® program, all of The Home Depot Commercial Credit Cards associated with the account holder’s account are eligible to receive Fuel Rewards^® savings through The Home Depot based upon their qualifying credit card purchases and will contribute to one shared Fuel Rewards^® savings balance. Up to four Fuel Rewards^® cards may be requested at the time of enrollment for the Fuel Rewards^® program and can be used to redeem Fuel Rewards^® savings at participating Shell and other select fuel stations. There is no membership fee to participate in the Fuel Rewards^® program. The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holders may view their available Fuel Rewards^® savings balance, expiration information, and qualifying purchase balance at www.fuelrewards.com/homedepot.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Offer constitutes your agreement and acceptance, without modification, of the notices and Offer terms and conditions set forth herein, and to any changes or modifications to such notices and Offer terms and conditions; any change or modifications to Offer terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting at www.homedepot.com/cardbenefits. Additionally, by participating in the Offer you agree to be bound by Fuel Rewards^® program terms and conditions which can be viewed at www.fuelrewards.com/fuelrewards/terms-conditions. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. The Home Depot reserves the right to revoke a The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder’s participation in the Offer at any time for any reason.

Fuel Rewards^® savings

For every $100 spent on qualifying purchases made using enrolled The Home Depot Commercial Credit Cards at U.S. The Home Depot^® retail stores, Home Decorators Collection^® retail stores, www.homedepot.com, or www.homedecorators.com, The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holders will receive a savings of $0.10 per gallon towards the purchase of fuel at participating Shell and other select fuel stations. The amount of Fuel Rewards^® savings received may vary by state and by purchase location. Additional promotional offers may apply in select markets. Qualifying The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card purchases also include the bulk purchase of The Home Depot^® savings cannot be combined with other The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card discounts. Some exceptions may apply. Qualifying purchases exclude the following: shipping, taxes, fees, deposits, environmental fees, petroleum products, kerosene, propane, oxygen, mapp gas, purchases made at The Home Depot Fuel Stores, and purchases of general purpose Green Dot, Paypal Netspend, Paypower Visa and Reloadit and any other general purpose reloadable prepaid cards and purchases of general purpose MasterCard, American Express, Visa and any other general purpose prepaid gift cards. Qualifying products and services are subject to change from time to time.

Returns will result in deducting from The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card’s qualifying Fuel Rewards^® program spend threshold. Fuel Rewards^® savings cannot be earned on purchases made prior to the date of enrollment. Multiple The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card accounts can contribute Fuel Rewards^® savings to the same Fuel Rewards^® accounts (some exceptions may apply). To view your accrued Fuel Rewards^® savings and qualifying purchases, log in at www.fuelrewards.com/homedepot.

Redeeming

Fuel Rewards^® savings are only redeemable with a Fuel Rewards^® card at participating Shell and other select fuel stations. Fuel Rewards^® savings earned through the Offer will expire on the last day of the month immediately following the month in which they were earned (i.e. savings acquired any time during the month of September will expire at the end of October in the same calendar year). Fuel Rewards^® savings are typically available within 4 full days after each $100 spend threshold is met. The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder must complete their enrollment at www.fuelrewards.com/homedepot to track available Fuel Rewards^® savings, expiration information and qualifying purchase balance.

Fuel Rewards^® savings are valid for a one-time use. Fuel Rewards^® savings are limited to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle, or fraud limits placed by the fuel station and/or limits placed on your payment card by your financial institution, each of which may be lower. Dispenser may require a price of up to 10.9¢/gal. For purchases of $75 or more, please go inside to pay. Unbranded diesel and alternative fuels may not be eligible. After your redemption transaction, your Fuel Rewards^® savings balance will reset to zero unless you have a balance greater than the price per gallon, in which case your remaining Fuel Rewards^® savings balance will remain in your account and can be applied to your next fuel purchase if used prior to expiration of those rewards.

Fuel Rewards^® savings are redeemed by swiping the associated Fuel Rewards^® card(s) at participating fuel stations. Visit www.homedepot.com/cardbenefits for more details on how to earn and redeem Fuel Rewards^® savings. Any and all Fuel Rewards^® cards associated with a The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card will have equal access to Fuel Rewards^® savings accrued once the $100 spend threshold has been met. Fuel Rewards^® savings are redeemed on a first come, first served basis. Distribution of such Fuel Rewards^® card(s) is the sole responsibility of The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder. There is no cash value for Fuel Rewards^® savings and Fuel Rewards^® savings are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable or transferable for cash, credit, or other savings offers.

Privacy

When you enroll your The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card, The Home Depot will collect your name, account number, billing zip code and email address. This information will be shared with Citibank, N.A. Use of your information by The Home Depot will be in accordance with its Privacy and Security Statement and use of your information by Citibank, N.A. will be in accordance with its privacy policy. You also agree that your enrollment information and qualified spend activity, excluding your The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card number, will be shared with Excentus Corporation for the purpose of administering this Offer through the Fuel Rewards^® program subject to the Excentus privacy policy. Excentus will use your email address to send administration emails with pertinent transactional information about your participation in the Fuel Rewards^® program (e.g., when your first Fuel Rewards^® savings are earned, monthly Fuel Rewards^® savings balance, etc.). NEITHER THE HOME DEPOT, CITIBANK, N.A. NOR EXCENTUS CORPORATION WILL BE LIABLE FOR INJURY, DAMAGE, LOSS OR EXPENSE RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER. THE OFFER NEITHER CREATES, CONSTITUTES, NOR GIVES RISE TO ANY LEGAL OR CONTRACT RIGHTS AGAINST THE HOME DEPOT, CITIBANK, N.A. OR EXCENTUS CORPORATION.
