The Shell^® Fuel Rewards^® Program

With the Shell Fuel Rewards program, FRN Members can earn Fuel Rewards savings when they purchase specially-marked convenience store products, car washes and auto services at participating Shell stations. The Shell Fuel Rewards program is part of the Fuel Rewards Network.

GET A CARD

To get your free FRN Card, request one online or pick one up at any participating Shell station.

While you are able to earn Fuel Rewards savings through the Shell Fuel Rewards program with the FRN Card you picked up at a participating Shell station, you must activate your FRN Card online in order to redeem Fuel Rewards savings earned through the Shell Fuel Rewards program at participating Shell stations.

You can use your FRN Card to earn Fuel Rewards savings at any Shell station participating in the Shell Fuel Rewards program. You can also use your FRN Card to redeem Fuel Rewards savings at any participating Shell station within the FRN program.

EARN

You can earn Fuel Rewards savings when you purchase specially marked convenience store products, car washes and auto services at participating Shell stations using your FRN Card. You must have an FRN Card to be able to earn Fuel Rewards savings through the Shell Fuel Rewards program.

In order to earn Fuel Rewards savings through the Shell Fuel Rewards program, you must scan your FRN Card at the cash register when purchasing specially marked convenience store products and services.

Fuel Rewards savings earned through the Shell Fuel Rewards program will appear in your FRN Account immediately after you finalize your purchase of the selected Shell Fuel Rewards program items. Shop specially marked convenience store products and services before you fill-up and you can save even more at the pump on that same visit!

COMBINING SAVINGS

When you activate your FRN Card and create an account online, you can link all participating FRN grocery and other retailers' rewards cards to your FRN Account to combine Fuel Rewards savings earned at participating FRN retailer locations across the FRN. Once you create an account, you also gain exclusive access to other FRN programs including the Dining, eCoupons, Online Mall, Promotions programs and more. Fuel Rewards savings earned from all FRN programs are combined into one Fuel Rewards savings balance, and that cumulative rewards balance is redeemable at any participating Shell or other select fuel station. Program availability varies by market.

Please note that any Fuel Rewards savings earned through the Shell Fuel Rewards program can only be redeemed at participating Shell stations and cannot be redeemed at any other participating non-Shell fuel station.

AVAILABILITY

There may be some national Shell Fuel Rewards program offers available at all participating Shell Fuel Rewards program stations, however, the majority of offers will be available on a site-by-site basis.

Not all Shell stations that participate in the FRN program offer the Shell Fuel Rewards program where you can earn Fuel Rewards savings. In addition, not all Shell stations participate in the FRN program where you can redeem Fuel Rewards savings. However, all Shell stations that offer the Shell Fuel Rewards program are locations where you can also redeem your Fuel Rewards savings.

You can locate nearby Shell stations participating in the Shell Fuel Rewards program. Click on each Shell Fuel Rewards program station on the map to find out more details on specific Shell Fuel Rewards program offers available at each station.

EXPIRATION

Fuel Rewards savings earned through the Shell Fuel Rewards program expire on the last day of the month immediately following the month in which they are earned. For example, Fuel Rewards savings earned April 15 will expire on May 31, and Fuel Rewards savings earned April 30 will also expire on May 31. Fuel Rewards savings values for Shell Fuel Rewards program offers vary by product and location.

REDEEM

If you are in an area with a participating FRN™ program grocery store:

• If paying at the dispenser, select "FRN/[Grocer Name]" (if paying inside, see cashier first). For purchases of $75 or more, please go inside to pay.
• Insert your FRN Card or participating FRN grocer's rewards card.
• Select your method of payment and fuel grade.
• Watch the price drop based on the number of Fuel Rewards savings you have earned.
• Dispense up to a maximum of 20 gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle.

If you are in an area that does not have a participating FRN program grocery store:

• If paying at the dispenser, select "Fuel Rewards" (if paying inside, see cashier first). For purchases of $75 or more, please go inside to pay.
• Insert your FRN Card.
• Select your method of payment and fuel grade.
• Watch the price drop based on the number of Fuel Rewards savings you have earned.
• Dispense up to a maximum of 20 gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle.

If you are in an area that does not have a participating FRN™ program grocery store but has a grocery store participating in another loyalty program where grocer rewards may be redeemed at Shell:

• Select "Rewards" if paying at the dispenser (if paying inside, see cashier first). For purchases of $75 or more, please go inside to pay.
• Choose "Fuel Rewards" and insert your FRN Card.
• Select your method of payment and fuel grade.
• Watch the price drop based on the number of Fuel Rewards savings you have earned.
• Dispense up to a maximum of 20 gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle.
